Our founder assisted in the successful spinoff of the real estate assets of troubled operator HCR ManorCare from Healthpeak (“DOC” NYSE) to QCP a newly formed publicly traded REIT. Lease modifications, asset dispositions, operator improvements, financial restructure, bankruptcy of operator with prepackaged plan of reorganization whereby QCP took ownership of HCR and all of its businesses and operations were required. Upon completion of turnaround and reorganization, Mr. Neeb helped to successfully sell QCP to Welltower (“WELL” NYSE) and ProMedica.

Our founder assisted in the successful operations optimization (right-sized G&A, shut down over- leveraged development pipeline, exited unsuccessful business lines, sold underperforming international properties, implemented dynamic pricing and staffing programs, etc.), balance sheet restructure, litigation settlement and re-acquisition of core best-in-class Sunrise Mansion Assets in U.K. and U.S.A.
