About Greg, Founder

A health care and real estate professional with over 30 years of experience, Greg Neeb is the founder of Neeb Management LLC and Neeb Investments LLC. He utilizes his gained experience to guide the firm and its clients while directing its investment decisions.

Mr. Neeb commenced his career as a certified public accountant with Kenneth Leventhal & Company serving a variety of real estate and financial institution clients, with a focus on RTC engagements charged with liquidating real estate-related assets of savings and loans declared insolvent by OTS.

Mr. Neeb spent 12 years as a senior officer of the Mills Corporation. In his role as Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President, Mr. Neeb was responsible for growing the publicly traded REIT. He successfully acquired 24 super-regional shopping malls, bringing the company’s total portfolio to 41 properties and 50 million square feet. After this successful turnaround Mr. Neeb was instrumental in selling Sunrise Senior Living to Health Care REIT and KKR in early 2013.

Following Sunrise, Mr. Neeb became the President and Chief Investment Officer of Quality Care Properties, Inc., directing the company’s investment, capital markets and restructuring.
