Neeb Investments is a privately held firm that features a portfolio of investments across multiple assets classes and security types. Working alongside our advisory and service company, Neeb Management LLC, we selectively acquire assets where we believe we bring a strong value proposition. We leverage our experience across asset classes, capital markets, and distress levels to drive returns.
For example, we recently partnered with Sunrise Senior Living and one of our capital partner clients to acquire 34 senior housing facilities (AL,IL,REM,SNF) focused in New York, Washington DC, Seattle and Los Angeles in a non-marketed transaction. With our insights, we have planned a significant capital expenditure building upgrade program with a differentiated vision for the healthcare operations.
In a different sector, we opportunistically acquired a 250,000 sq ft shopping center in an out-of-favor market with significant upside via vacancy and excess land in a non-marketed transaction from SITE Centers, a real estate investment trust. Positioned directly across from a 25,000 student university, we are executing on a value added mixed-use strategy.  We brought in Gator Development, a national real estate manager and developer to assist in our execution.
